Returns & Exchanges

At RS Protocols, we aim to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened.
  • Be in their original packaging.

Exchanges

 SHIPPING POLICY

  • We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
  • Please allow 3–7 working days for delivery after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • You are fully responsible for entering the correct, complete, and up-to-date delivery address at checkout.We cannot amend your address once your order has been marked as dispatched.
  • We accept no liability whatsoever if an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to missing or incorrect details, you will be required to pay the full cost of any new postage before we can resend it. We will not issue a refund in these cases.
  • Once an order is handed over to the courier service, we accept no liability whatsoever for orders that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • Proof of postage is not proof of delivery. If you require tracking or insurance, please contact us before ordering to discuss available options.
