Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Have the original tamper seal fully intact.

To request a return, please contact us by email at rsprotocols@outlook.com or by text message (contact number coming soon). Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your order.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the product:

• Has not been opened or used.
• Is in its original packaging.
• Has the tamper seal fully intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at rsprotocols@outlook.com with your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.
